Hilton Garden Inn Columbia Airport

Great location off of 26 very eccentric to all locations. Never had an issue with customer service. The food has always been great quality. The rooms are a little lacking but nothing that would deter me from staying again.

I travel extensively and have stayed everywhere from the One & Only to Super 8 and I actually enjoyed my stay here SO much. The front desk ladies were friendly, funny, helpful and so caring. I was actually back to pick up a pet and fly it home and everyone here really lowered my stress level and made me feel so comfortable. Thanks for being so amazing during a stressful time for me.

Came from out of town for my birthday 12/19/2025 and stayed at this location. I am an VERY picky person and kinda hard to please but Everything was amazing from the young lady at the front desk and her awesome customer service to the cleanliness of the room. I truly enjoyed my stay. Will recommend and will be returning.

Now this room is amazing! I smelled the cleanliness upon opening my room door. The bathroom was cleaned with bleach and smelled freshly done. The bedding was clean and very neat. This will definitely be my go to hotel from now on. Staff very friendly and accommodating. I have 2 service dogs and they even felt relaxed and not stressed for being out of there environment. This is what a hotel looks like with great staff and knowledge of what needs to be done. Modern clean furniture. Even the carpet in the hallways are clean without stains and smell.

Room was very clean. Service was amazing. Everyone was extremely friendly. Location was perfect. Anything close to a Starbucks is a + for my wife.

I was in town on business working nights and sleeping during the day. They weren't able to clean my room since I was sleeping. However, one the one day I was working, they were able to clean my room. After working a 16hr shift, I was exhausted. When I returned my room was very clean and smelled great! That made all the difference. The water pressure in the shower was magnificent! The bed was a little hard for my taste, but I was usually so tired I didn't care. The restaurant/bar and front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. The smoking area out back is fairly large and private with lots of comfortable chairs and tables. One table even has a gas fire place built in making the whole area very pleasant to hang out and relax. Overall I really liked this hotel and would recommend it.

This hotel had all of the typical features of a Hilton Garden Inn, but had exceptionally special amenities and service. Their market garden had twice the number of selections usually stocked, including generous and affordable sandwiches and salads. The staff was consistently courteous and responsive in supporting my group's training courses. And the shuttle to the airport allowed me to choose MY time of departure. Their hospitality was not unlike what a downtown hotel seeks to offer.

It is very true that how someone treats you will stay with you longer than anything. The front desk staff here is some of the most welcoming, hospitable and kind people I’ve encountered in all my travel experience. Specifically Melvin, I am grateful for how he was patient, tentative and so friendly. I travel with my special needs son and inclusion is very hard to come by when it comes to accommodating his disability. Melvin was thoughtful and him remembering my name made my entire experience feel genuine and not just business. Thank you for making our short stay pleasant!
